    What is Freestyle Football?

Freestyle Football is the sport (and art form) of performing creative tricks and routines with a soccer ball. Inspired by icons such as Diego Maradona and Ronaldinho, the discipline has grown into a global movement with professional athletes, international events, and World Championships held annually featuring the best freestylers from around the world. Today, Freestyle Football continues to push the limits of skill, innovation, and performance, all with just a ball.

Does learning freestyle help with playing the classic 11-a-side game?

We think learning freestyle absolutely does help with the 11-a-side game. While freestyle is its own discipline, players' ball control develops quickly as they learn freestyle.
